■ Do you have enough memory on your device?
If you have multiple applications open at the same time, please close all applications and try launching Pokémon Café ReMix again.
■ Are you connected to the internet?
You need to be connected to the internet the first time you launch Pokémon Café ReMix after downloading it. When launching the game for the first time, please make sure you are connected to the internet.
