If a paid item you purchased or obtained through a download code isn’t reflected in the game, go to the shop in Pokémon Café ReMix by tapping on the golden acorn bar or the Shop Icon on the bottom left of the Café screen, and check to see whether the paid item has now been reflected.
It may take some time before your purchase is reflected, so please try the following.
• Restart the Pokémon Café ReMix application.
• Restart your device.
Note: Methods for closing applications or shutting down your device vary depending on the device. When restarting, please ensure you have a strong signal.
