You can transfer save data to another device by using a linked social media account or a support ID.
Note: You cannot transfer save data from the smart device version to the Nintendo Switch version or vice versa.
Method 1: Using a linked social media account (only on the smart device version)
How to link a social media account
1. Before changing devices, tap “Options” in your owner’s menu.
2. Tap “Link data,” then tap “Link social media account.”
3. Choose to link your game to either a Facebook account, an Apple ID, or a Google account, then log in to that account to complete the process.
If you’ve linked your data to a social media account, then you can follow the steps below to transfer your data to a different device.
How to transfer using a linked social media account
1. Open the game on your new device.
2. Tap anywhere to start, then tap “Transfer existing game data.”
3. Tap “Transfer with a linked account.”
4. Tap the account you’ve linked to.
5. Enter your login information, and log in to complete transferring your data.
Alternatively, if you issue a support ID and password using the following steps, you can use that ID and password to transfer your data to a different device.

1. Before changing devices, open the owner’s menu on your old device. Tap “Options,” then tap “Link data.”
2. Tap “Link with password” on the next menu.
3. Tap “Issue password.”
4. A support ID and password will be displayed. We recommend taking a screenshot!
5. Open the game on your new device.
6. Tap anywhere to start, then tap “Transfer existing game data.”
7. Tap “Transfer with support ID.”
8. Enter the support ID and password you got on your old device to complete transferring your data.
